"The only way to take sorrow out of death is to take love out of life."

Grief Initiations
In countless cultures worldwide, grief, remembrance, and renewal are considered sacred cycles to travel through continuously, guiding us gently back to ourselves.

We need a culture that can bare witness, show up and be present to the pain and sorrow.
The grief is ours, and we must treat it as worthy of our attention and compassionate tending.
It is essential for us to welcome our grief, in whatever form and shape it takes,
to open and allow our hearts to feel.

Whether you have easy access to your grief, or struggle to feel,
I am here for you.
Honoring Grief
Workshop
Walking the Five Gates of Grief (Francis Weller), allows us to expand our understanding of the many ways grief is interwoven into our lives.

This online workshop is created for anyone who is asking to fully embrace life through navigating the terrains of grief, as well as for those of us supporting others in their honored process.

Ancestral Grief
work
We are connected to our ancestors, and neither time, space or matter can separate us. The story we share with our family begins even before our conception.

Ancestral Grief is the grief we carry in our bodies from sorrows and trauma experienced by our ancestors that could not be grieved and got passed down in our DNA, belief systems and emotional processes. It is the un-metabolized aspects of our ancestors’ lives that were handed over to us. Our blood lines carry stories of un-digested losses. We hold Ancestral Grief in our beings, even after many generations in the new life.
